This month, we are delighted to welcome Dr Asel Sartbaeva, CEO of EnsiliTech.
EnsiliTech is a University of Bath spinout developing a novel technology to make biomolecules stable without refrigeration. Ensilication can be applied to a wide range of biomolecules, including vaccine components, avoiding the requirement for cold chain transport and storage, reducing vaccine wastage, prolonging shelf life and increasing vaccine accessibility globally.
Scientist to CEO is a monthly sit-down with scientists-turned company founders who are utilising their research and bringing their innovative discoveries to the forefront of industry.
